This document reflects PrdictionEdge.ai's current GovEdge and RegWatch services and is pending final attorney review.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GovEdge or RegWatch (together, the "Services"), operated by PrdictionEdge.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
GovEdge provides AI-assisted monitoring and matching of federal, state, and municipal government contracting opportunities, including data sourced from SAM.gov and related procurement portals. RegWatch provides AI-classified regulatory change monitoring sourced from the Federal Register and other public regulatory feeds. Both Services are intelligence and workflow tools; they do not constitute legal, compliance, or procurement advice.
3. No Legal or Compliance Advice
Nothing in the Services constitutes legal advice, regulatory compliance advice, or a guarantee of contract award or regulatory compliance. AI-generated content, including bid drafts, impact classifications, and win-probability scores, is provided as a starting point for your own review and must be independently verified before you rely on it for any bid submission, compliance decision, or business action.
4. Data Accuracy & Limitations
GovEdge and RegWatch aggregate data from public government sources including SAM.gov and the Federal Register API. Data is refreshed on a periodic schedule and may not reflect the most current state of a listing or notice. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed, and you should always verify opportunity or notice details directly on the originating government source before submitting a bid or making a compliance decision.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected, via Stripe. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except as required by law. Enterprise and OEM licenses are governed by the specific order form or contract executed with PrdictionEdge.ai, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your eligibility for a government contract or set-aside, to scrape or redistribute the Services' data feeds outside your licensed usage, or to violate the terms of any government data source we rely on.
7. Limitation of Liability
PrdictionEdge.ai is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Services, including losses resulting from data latency, missed opportunities or notices, inaccurate AI-generated content, or a failed or unsuccessful bid or compliance action. The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk and independently verify all material information before acting on it.
