This document reflects PrdictionEdge.ai's current GovEdge and RegWatch services and is pending final attorney review.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, company name, role, and subscription status to provide GovEdge and RegWatch. For GovEdge, we may also collect NAICS codes, CAGE code, and clearance level information you choose to provide to improve opportunity matching. For RegWatch, we may collect agency and regulation domain preferences you configure.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to provide the Services, match you to relevant opportunities or regulatory notices, process billing, send notifications you opt into, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

3. Third Parties

We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI-assisted classification and scoring, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for application hosting. Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, we retain data for a reasonable period to support billing history and reactivation, after which it may be deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
